  • Contracts novated included Seaport-E Tasks.

  • Signed New 3-Year lease at Chesapeake, VA Office/Warehouse.

  • Conducted strategic planning session to develop and implement action items, and to achieve business goals.

  • Accepted into the Virginia Economic Development Program (VEDP); Expanded Phoenix Group’s presence into the International Market and provided exclusive distributorships for certain Damage Control products.

2010

  • Conducted second strategic planning session to determine process achieved toward the established goals, and refined the methodologies utilized to continue the growth trend with the assistance of C5BDI.

  • Rebranded Phoenix Group name and established new logo and professional website with the assistance of Studio Center.

  • Won VISN 7 South East Network Contract for Emergency Preparedness involving CBR Suits.

2011

  • Received U.S. Chamber of Commerce Blue Ribbon Award, 1 of 100 companies nationwide conducted two-day externally facilitated strategic plan offsite. Executed throughout the year

  • Received Chesapeake, VA Small Business of the Year Award.

  • Won contract on the JPEO-CBRN IDIQ.

  • Won NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Firefighting Equipment Contract and Professional Services Contract.

  • Won Fort Eustis JNTC Analyst Support Services Contract.

2012

  • Received U.S. Chamber of Commerce Blue Ribbon Award, 1 of 100 companies nationwide conducted two-day externally facilitated strategic plan offsite. Executed throughout the year

  • Won several bids under DLA Troop Support Construction and Equipment IDIQ.

2015

  • Received State Grant to develop commercial business by translating current capabilities in government contracting to commercial sector.

  • Selected for Statewide valet 2-year program to grow company internationally.

  • Awarded PMS 312 RCOH & ILS contract (renewal).

2016

  • Developed Asset Management software for first responder community and obtained rights to FEMA Asset Management software to market exclusively to first responder equipment internationally using Valet Grant.

  • Awarded our major Prime Contract re-compete with Navy.

  • Awarded DLA Land and Maritime Contract.

2017

  • Graduated from valet program.

  • Became a Star Company for the Virginia Economic Development Partnership (VEDP) program to advertise its success using their resources to grow international sales. This was a result of selling over $6M+ in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to several international partner nations.

2018

  • Awarded a major Waterfront Engineering Support contract (WES-OTA) for 5 years. Opened leased office space in Newport News, VA to support contract.

  • Won and executed a Small Business Innovative Research grant to install Energy Saving devices at Midwestern Air Force Base. International Strategic plan completed by external agency.

2019

  • Upgraded Cyber Security measures, equipment and processes – to ensure compliance with new Government regulations.

  • Received Virginia State Grant through Virginia Economic Development Program through the International Trade Valet Program.

2020

  • U.S. Chamber Veteran Owned Business (VOB) finalist. Out of over 700 applicants in 8 categories, the company 1 of 3 in the VOB category.

2021

  • Won major 5-year Prime Seaport NextGen Contract in support of CVN RCOH.

  • Won 2-year contract to support new construction Aircraft Carrier Program Office.

  • Won NATO sub-contract recompete for additional 5 years.

  • Received Virginia State Grant to assist in achieving compliance with Federal government’s new Cyber Security Requirements.

  • Awarded VBA program support services IDIQ - Veteran Affairs.

2023

  • Phoenix Group of Virginia acquired by Phoenix Group Holdings.

2024

  • Contracts awarded - CT1, WWLS, Noblis

  • Won 5-Year Prime Seaport NextGen Contract to support Carrier Team One

  • Won 5-Year Sub-Contract to Noblis supporting NAVSEA Code 315
