What You'll Get to Do:

  • Play a vital role in mission-critical logistics by submitting, tracking, and expediting material orders using DoD and Navy MILSTRIP requisition transactions.

  • Showcase your resourcefulness in identifying and sourcing materials from commercial and federal suppliers.

  • Take ownership of managing inventory, maintaining optimal stock levels, and strategically scheduling reorders to support our fleet.

  • Engage actively in researching and processing ship feedback to continuously improve operations.

  • Contribute to maintaining accurate ship configuration files and managing essential medical Allowance Equipage Lists (AELs).

  • Experience meaningful travel opportunities for on-board technical assistance visits, providing hands-on support to our operational teams.

What You'll Bring to Our Team:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • At least 7 years of proven expertise providing medical material logistics support.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing shelf-life sensitive materials and accurately forecasting shortages based on expiration dates.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

  • A medical background, enhancing your ability to contribute effectively to our operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A former Navy Hospital Corpsman (HM2) or Logistics Specialist (LS2) with medical material ordering experience, eager to leverage their skills in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
