Are you a seasoned systems administrator with a passion for low-code innovation? We’re looking for a Senior SharePoint Developer who thrives in dynamic environments, balances strategic development with hands-on IT support, and is ready to drive digital transformation across our organization. This role is key to building scalable solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, enhancing operational workflows, and supporting IT efficiency.

What You’ll Do:
As a critical member of our technology team, you’ll spend 75% of your time developing innovative apps and automations with Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, integrate multiple data sources, and deliver impactful solutions that improve our business outcomes. The remaining 25% of your time will support IT help desk functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day technical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and support custom Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint)

  • Implement automations and streamline workflows based on user requirements

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical solutions

  • Maintain clear and concise technical documentation

  • Troubleshoot IT-related issues and provide technical support

  • Adhere to Agile and TDD development frameworks

  • Ensure solutions comply with cybersecurity and data governance policies

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field plus 10+ years of system administration experience
    (or Master’s degree + 7 years)

  • At least 1 year of experience developing with Power Platform (canvas apps, Power Automate, etc.)

  • Experience in JSON/XML and SharePoint development

  • Understanding of Power Platform fundamentals (PL-200, PL-400, PL-7001/2 knowledge a plus)

  • Proven ability to lead projects and manage priorities independently

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for DoD security clearance

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Office-based with occasional need for lifting up to 10 lbs

  • Visual acuity required for reading code and using a computer

  • May involve occasional work in shipyard, warehouse, or other environments
