Phoenix Group of Virginia is looking for an Intermediate Data Analyst ready to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights—while also building tools that make a real difference for our internal teams and customers.

This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives at the intersection of analytics and application development. You’ll split your time equally between in-person data analysis and remote Power Platform development.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze and visualize data to support strategic decision-making.

  • Develop custom Power Apps, workflows, and SharePoint solutions to streamline operations.

  • Collaborate across departments to understand business needs and develop solutions.

  • Maintain high-quality documentation and uphold data governance standards.

  • Train end-users and ensure ongoing support for developed tools and dashboards.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience/certifications) in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Active Secret Clearance

  • ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (or equivalent)

  • Strong Python and data wrangling skills; familiarity with Anaconda

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

  • 2+ years with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint)

  • SQL and Power BI or Tableau experience

  • Navy or DoD experience

  • Comfort with JSON, XML, and Microsoft Access

  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
