The company’s founder and CEO, Lois S. Williams, Ph.D., is a career educator who is currently serving as a member of the Virginia Beach School Board. During her career, she has served in various capacities including President, Dean of Instruction, administrator, and instructor at various public and private four year colleges and universities.
