Phoenix Group program management experience includes IPPD, Integrated Process, minutes, process improvement, BPR, reengineering, strategic planning and PEO Carriers.

Phoenix Group provides the functional support necessary to support the future aircraft programs for CVN 21, the new construction carrier programs for CVN 77, the refueling and complex overhaul (RCOH) program, and the in-service carrier programs. We provide support to the Aircraft Carrier Business Financial Office, the Aircraft Carrier Technical Directorate and the Aircraft Carrier Program Office (PMS 312) to satisfy both current and future Navy needs for Aircraft Carriers. This includes professional administrative support services across all of PEO Carriers highly interrelated product lines in the areas of Program Management, Engineering, Logistics, and Financial Management.

Improvement methods rely on team development, process improvement, and data analysis aptitudes to form cohesive, focused teams drawn from diverse backgrounds and experience levels. We provide extensive support to Program Office personnel in strategic planning and government review/analyses of contractor proposals. We evaluate all products and services for alignment with project objectives and assess them for impact to the project budget. Our personnel assist team leaders in meeting prescribed team objectives by helping to execute strategic plans developed by each team during their orientation workshop, developing and publishing agendas, facilitating team meetings, conducting training in decision-making and process analysis tools, recording team activities, and maintaining team records such as minutes, action items, and key decisions.
